Foundations :: core principles of improvising in work and life
During this time of rapid change and uncertainty it’s more important than ever that we learn to and practice improvising. Learn and practice saying “yes, and”, accepting everything as a gift, playing the scene you’re in, and making new choices, so to be better able to improvise in your work and life.
Improve Self-Awareness :: discover your core character and manage yourself
We all have a core character. If you’ve ever taken a personality test you may have some idea of how you tend to show up and respond in the moment. We’ll discover your core character and learn techniques for managing and expanding your character range.
Improve Adaptability :: dealing with unexpected circumstances and build resiliency
We’re all figuring this out as we go, just like improvisers write the script in real time. Learn how to and practice adapting in changing circumstances.
Improve Communication :: have better conversations and connection
During times of social distancing, we’re having less social interaction in a time when that connection is needed more than ever. Despite our physical distance from others, now is a great time to improve the quality of our current relationships and set us up for success in future relationships.
