How to Handle Anything

Improv Training for Life’s Curveballs

A 6-week virtual improv experience to build resilience, fast-thinking confidence, and emotional clarity - no matter what life throws your way.

How it works

Over 6 weeks, you’ll join a small, supportive group online for live improv sessions led by Mary Lemmer, an entrepreneur, TED speaker, and pioneer of improv-for-resilience training.

Each session includes:

  • Regulating exercises to calm your nervous system

  • Improvised games to stretch your thinking and unlock creative flow

  • Real talk + reflection to apply what you’ve learned to life, work, and relationships

Imagine this…

You walk into a high-stakes meeting, a surprise confrontation, or a last-minute change of plans, and instead of freezing or spiraling, you smile, take a breath, and handle it with confidence and humor.

This isn’t magic. It’s improv … for real life.

What you’ll walk away with

Handle uncertainty with grace

No more spiraling when plans shift.

Creative problem solving

Find solutions faster, and with less stress.

Emotionally regulate in real time

Stay calm, clear, and connected.

Communicate with confidence

Speak up, stay present, and own the moment.

Leave perfectionism behind

And unlock real momentum in your life and work.

Maybe a new friend (or 2, or 3 :)
