How to Handle Anything
A 6-week virtual improv experience to build resilience, fast-thinking confidence, and emotional clarity — no matter what life throws your way.
Imagine this: You walk into a high-stakes meeting, a surprise confrontation, or a last-minute change of plans — and instead of freezing or spiraling, you smile, take a breath, and handle it with confidence and humor. This isn’t magic. It’s improv — for real life.
In “How to Handle Anything,” you’ll learn how to handle uncertainty with grace, unlock creative problem-solving skills, regulate your emotions in real-time, and communicate with clarity — even in the most chaotic or high-pressure moments. You’ll finally stop overthinking and start flowing.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll join a small, supportive group online for live improv sessions led by Mary Lemmer — entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and pioneer of improv-for-resilience training.
Each session includes regulating exercises to calm your nervous system, improvised games to stretch your thinking, and space for reflection so you can apply what you’re learning directly to life, work, and relationships.
You’ll walk away with:
The ability to stay grounded and confident in the face of the unknown
More agility in conversations, meetings, and high-stakes moments
Emotional regulation tools you’ll actually use
A new relationship with uncertainty — one where you feel empowered instead of paralyzed
